GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE

is set in a post-apocalyptic future where the Earth’s surface was conquered and destroyed by mechanical aliens called Raptures. The surviving humans fled underground and produced artificial soldiers called Nikkes to establish the “Ark”, an underground city for the survivors, as the result of the collective technological knowledge gathered from them as a whole, which is governed by the Central Government.

The name Nikke is derived from the name of the Greek goddess of victory, Nike, in reference to the humanoids heading to the surface, carrying the hopes and dreams of humanity.

An immersive sci-fi RPG shooter with a great story full of mysteries to discover, a wide variety of playable characters spectacularly represented and each one has a special weapon and a set of unique skills making each one have unique mechanics to play.

Weapon types

In NIKKE each character is equipped with one of the 6 available weapons:

  • Assault Rifle
  • Machine Gun
  • Rocket Launcher
  • Shotgun
  • SMG
  • Sniper Rifle

Assault Rifles (AR): Well-balanced weapon suitable in all kinds of situations.

Machine Gun (MG): Its high ammo capacity and rapid-firing feature make it perfect for dealing with swarming enemies.

Shotgun (SG): Fires multiple shots at once and is extremely powerful in close range.

Sniper Rifle (SR): High accuracy shooting from long range makes it perfect for targeting specific enemy parts.

Submachine Gun (SMG): Its exteme rapid fire makes up for its relatively short range.

Rocket Launchers (RL): Deals damage with a wide area of effect, great for attacking grups of enemies.

Ranges

Each weapon has a different range where it’s performing at maximum potential and if you attack enemies that are closer (or further) you will receive damage and accuracy penalty.

Here are the range values for each weapons:

  • Assault Rifle – 25% to 45%
  • Machine Gun – 35% to 55%
  • Rocket Launcher – no range restrictions
  • Shotgun – 0% to 25%
  • SMG – 15% to 35%
  • Sniper Rifle – 45% to 100%

Rates

4% for SSR – the highest rarity – on the generic banner and 2% for SSR on Friendship banner.

Is there a pity system?

No. It uses the spark system instead – each pull you do gives you a Mileage Ticket and after gathering 200 you can exchange them for one of the SSR characters available in the shop.
