
Update FAQ
Dear Commander:
The maintenance and update on December 8 is about to begin, and the server will be closed for maintenance at that time. During the maintenance period, you will not be able to log in to the game, we are sorry for the inconvenience. The NIKKE official team has prepared some problems and solution you may encounter.
Q1. I am unable to log in to the game after update.
Using login methods other than email may cause some instability. We recommend Commanders to bind your email addresses after logging in successfully. If you encounter login problems problem again, you can then try to login via email. To bind the email address: Menu > Account > Bind Email
If you are unable to login after updating the client, you may:
1. Try switching between Wi-Fi/4G network, restart the client and try again.
2. For login methods other than email or guest login, it is recommended to install Google Chrome and try logging in again.
3. If Twitter login fails repeatedly, the problem may lie with the platform. If you still cannot login after several attempts, you may reach out to the customer service at https://tinyurl.com/nikkeENsupport. We are liaising with the relevant team at Twitter and will work together to fix the login issues.
Q2. I lost my account/ My progress is reset after update.
Commanders, please be assured that your account will not be deleted during the update process. If you encounter this problem, it may be because you have logged in to the wrong account, selected a server without an account, or used an inconsistent login channel. Please confirm that your account, login channel and server is the same before and after updating.
Q3. How to update/ Why is my progress stuck on 3/10
This is a mandatory update. If you are not using the latest client, your progress may be stuck at 3/10 and you will be unable to log in.
The latest client version is 102.4.16, please verify it at the bottom of the login interface.
If you are not using latest version, please go to AppStore/Google Play to download and install the latest client, and try again after the client download is complete. Commanders, please reserve at least 4G of mobile phone storage space before downloading.

Q4. Freezing while downloading resources
After updating/installing to the latest version, if you encounter a freeze situation while downloading resources, please do not forcibly end the game (including quitting the process), and be sure to wait patiently until the resource download is complete.
Q5. Why am I unable to search for the latest version in AppStore/GooglePlay/unable to locate the update button
Since the actual effective time of the store in different regions may be slightly different, some Commanders will find that 《GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE》 application does not have an [Update] button, or you will not be able to search for the latest game version.
In this scenario, please wait patiently for the store to update in the actual effective time.
Q6. Why is the skin displaying on sale but prompts “You already have the skin” after clicking?
You have already purchased this skin item, so you are unable repurchase it.
After purchasing the skin and re-entering the skin product interface, you may find that the “sold out” logo disappears, but you will not be able to purchase it.
